A License holder is entitled to renew his/her license upon its expiration if the person:

Complies with all statutes and rules covering that license;

Complies with all continuing education requirements (if any); and
-
Pays the appropriate renewal fee.
If a license holder fails to follow the above listed guidelines on or before the license expiration date, the license holder may be required to reapply for a new license.
