  • SB 79 - approved in 2009, directs the division to reduce energy use in residential and commercial construction
  • HB 2950 - created the Construction Industry Energy Advisory Board to streamline adoption of innovative energy efficiency and green building standard, practices and products
  • Board decision allowing the installation of high performance boilers and pressure vessels built to internationally-recognized construction standards (approved 2009)
  • OAR 918-311-0080 - streamlines certification process for small scale wind turbines
  • OAR 918-311-0065 - permit and inspection protocols for EV charging stations
  • OAR 918-225-0445 and 6365 - allows the installation of high performance boilers and pressure vessels built to internationally-recognized construction standards
