| Mission |
| The Manufactured Structures and Parks Advisory Board assists the division to administer and enforce requirements of the national manufactured housing, recreational vehicle, manufactured dwelling
parks, recreational parks, organizational camps, manufactured structure installation, and administer education programs that maintain and advance the professional skills and abilities of persons
engaged in the manufacture, delivery, installation, sale or a service of manufactured structures. |

Members are appointed by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services.
The Manufactured Structures and Parks Advisory Board has 12 members with four-year terms to include the following representation:
- A seller/lessor/distributor of new manufactured homes
- A seller/lessor/distributor of recreational vehicles
- A manufacturer or assembler of new manufactured homes
- A manufacturer or assembler of new recreational vehicles
- A manufacturer/assembler/seller of accessory structures
- An owner/operator of mobile home, manufactured dwelling or recreation parks
- A consumer organization
- A user of low/moderate income housing
- A structural engineer
- A local government building official
- A deputy or assistant to State Fire Marshal
- A manufactured dwelling installer
